This product contains BHB salts within a 525 mg proprietary blend shared with apple cider vinegar. Research raising blood ketones with exogenous BHB salts generally uses 6 to 12 grams per serving. This product should not be expected to induce nutritional ketosis, and raising blood ketones is in any case not the same thing as burning stored body fat.
Apple cider vinegar is acidic and can erode tooth enamel, irritate the throat and, in larger amounts, lower potassium levels. It may interact with insulin and other diabetes medication, diuretics, digoxin, laxatives and some blood pressure medicines. Please read the safety page before ordering.
